Water is good for human body. It maintains good health.The one thing we cannot live without Water. Water is more important to human body than any of the 50 nutrients we require daily and has no calories. While we can survive 1 and 2 weeks without food, but we perish after just three to four days without water. Not drinking enough water is unhealthy.
