Exercise-66: Samakonasana

  • Stand with feet together and arms at the sides.
  • Raise the arms straight up with fingers pointing forward.
  • Bend the body at the spinal base to form a right angle.
  • Look forward but keep the spine straight.
  • Practice for a maximum of 10 times.
  • Breathing-
  • Inhale while lifting the arms and raising the trunk.
  • Exhale while bending forward.
  • Practice normal breathing in the right angle position.



Benefits-
It rectifies spinal curvature and poor posture.
